Data Elements in TIME Mobile Physician Rounding Encounter Progress Notes E-Prescribe Unsigned Orders Patient Signature These are the specific data elements that can be used in the TIME Mobile Application.

TIME® Mobile Functionality View Patient functionality – touch activated Counting of Hemo (green) and PD (blue) notes Organize patient lists Physician Rounding Document Rounding Encounters Sign Unsigned Orders Last “Physician Note” button E-Rx link – direct Patient signature enabled To view patient data you would simply touch your selection on the screen. Patient data is viewed in a manner similar to the view of the Physician Rounding App. The patient lists can be organized to mimic the order in which you will be seeing the patients. Orders can quickly and easily be signed here. There is quick access to the last Physician note on the patient, so you can at a glance see when the patient was last seen, and what was said at that visit. You can quickly and easily document rounding encounters and produce a progress note. If you have purchase E-Prescribe through TIME, you can access E-Prescribing directly without an additional sign in. The patient can sign – which is done on the screen using their finger.

Physician Visit Documentation TIME® Mobile opens to “My List” Select a Patient Choose Rounding Note Type Choose components of the note Preview Note Save and Complete Patient selection takes Physician to rounding view Complete progress notes When you open the App, you will first see “My List”. You can change your selection to “My Patients” or “My Group” by simply tapping. You will also tap to select a patient, and then through the “Encounter” choose whether you want to document a Weekly or a Monthly Note. The components of the note can be chosen by tapping and through choosing the components you will build your note. You can then preview the note and change it or save and complete the note.

Technical Requirements Use on iPad – (iPad 3, iPad Air 2, or iPad Pro) Use on Android Tablet (5.0 or higher, at least 7” screen, multi core processor) Phone – Android 5.5 inches, multi-core Phone – iPhone 6 Plus or 6S Plus Wireless access within the dialysis center Cellular-based access outside the dialysis center iPad Air – any version including and newer than iPad Air Android Tablet – you want one with a 1920x1200 resolution or better – basically one that came out in 2015 or newer Phone – Android – one released near the end of 2015 or later - iPhone – 6Plus or 6S Plus

Productivity Enhancement Single Sign-on – no need to log into VPN, Workstation, then TIME® Documents your patient encounters Data entry is touch enabled – reduce clicks Access to your patient information is from anywhere The simplicity of using TIME Mobile is that you just log into TIME Mobile. If you use E-Prescribe through TIME, you can also access E-Prescribe through the TIME Mobile App with no additional sign on.

Next Enhancements Change Hemodialysis Order Add / Change in-center medication order Improved auto-text Improved rounding template configuration Ability to document and export services provided during hospital rounding TIME Mobile will continuously evolve as we get feedback from our users Some of the items we are currently considering for release later in 2016 include The ability to quickly modify a patient’s hemodialysis order The ability to quickly change a patient’s in-center medication order as well as quickly add a new in-center medication order Auto text use will be faster and easier – kind of like auto complete functionality that you might currently use when typing on your phone. Rounding template configuration – you will be able to configure the rounding template to your own preference. The ability for the nephrologist to document the services provided during hospital rounds and for those charges to export to their billing system As mentioned in the disclaimer, this list may change based upon the feedback we receive from our clients who use the TIME Mobile App.  We are anticipating that as you begin to use TIME Mobile, you will talk with us about additional features that would make this functionality even more useful to you.  Please let us know of any improvements to TIME Mobile that may increase your efficiency.
