SETTING APPROPRIATE CHALLENGE Overview Remember that challenge grows the brain – coaches must ensure that they plan to appropriately challenge all players in their coaching sessions and importantly can be adapted dependent on how well the players handle the challenge. Use the coaches checklist to remind you about how to make the session appropriate for the young people and what you want them to work on and develop.
