Subjects related to MI & Data Science on offer…. Fuzzy Logic and Applications Neural Networks Artificial Intelligence Machine Intelligence Data Mining Big Data All the listed subjects are electives in UG Subjects 4, 5 & 6 are core subjects in PG for Computer Science

Efforts to promote MI & DS Four Ph.D. scholars working in MI in E&C Department. Three Ph.D. scholars from Dept. of CSE working in Big Data and Analytics. The Institute has set up a Big Data lab. Department of ISE & MCA have conducted workshops on Big Data and Analytics. Department of MCA will be signing an MoU with a Company working in Data Science. The MoU will include training of students and faculty in Big Data and Analytics.

Future Plans Plans in action to offer MI & DS subjects as core subjects in UG Plans to have MI & DS stream in the curriculum with practice sessions. Plans to organise train the trainer sessions in MI & DS streams.
