Clinton Public Schools Website 2016-2017 Donna Beck, web coordinator & Kristi Laperle, web assistant VISION Continue to expand the CPS websites to have fresh up to date pages Post information/dates Showcase what a great school district we are Have all teachers use their websites and post homework  GOALS Make the CPS Website the first place people go to get information. Create an up-to-date hub that is useful for parents, students, teachers, administrators, prospective students, and community members. Continue to update mobile website as much traffic is coming from mobile devices instead of computers, we want to be user friendly for viewers on the go! to give as much information as possible to prospective students/parents by connecting to School Facebook Pages. Our School Website should be the first place people go to get all information--work with administrators and teachers so that we can publish all of this information and make our school district “shine!”

Clinton Public Schools Website 2016-2017 Donna Beck, web coordinator & Kristi Laperle, web assistant Specific Goals for 2016-2017 Update calendars with as many dates as soon as possible (District having all dates) Promote Website (maybe via connect ed) to get parents using the web as their first stop for CPS Information-- Regard The School Website As Important Encourage more teachers to use web—more training for up to date pages More attention to CPS Spotlight Section Suggestions from staff—What would make website even better? Expand the web to include more “at home” materials Work with staff to include more in the classroom news stories Work with administrators to add more Curriculum Information (maps) Work on “About Us” & Academic Tabs for all schools Add Connect Ed Tab to CES, CHS, & CPS to update call messages as they are recorded. (CMS was the pilot last year) Fine tune each section to make sure all information is up to date Refresh “Sports” Pages and Engage ALL Coaches to update pages Add quarterly Opinion Poll to engage parents Our School Website should be the first place to get all information--work with administrators and teachers to send info to us so that we can publish and make our school district “shine!”

Great Website! Please send us any information that you want published, we are both “user friendly” and want to work with you to maintain a great website that exemplifies excellence! We are also looking to have 100% of CPS teachers using their WebPages to communicate with students/parents. We are here to help you! Donna Beck & Kristi Laperle
