Our country Hungary is located in Central-Europe 9,982 million people The capital city is Budapest Now some words about Hungary. Hungary is located in central Europe. Its bordering countries are Slovakia, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia and Austria. Its most popular town is the capital, Budapest. Bigger towns are Debrecen, Szeged, Miskolc, Győr and Kecskemét. The popularity is around 10 million.

The country is 7 times smaller than Turkey. And its devided to 6 large landscapes. Kisújszállás is situated in North Plain Region.

Budapest, the capital 2,5 million people Center of politics, culture, transport, trade, industry Most beautiful city Sights: Parliament, Fisherman’s Bastion, Citadel, Heroes’ Square As I mentioned, Budapest is the capital of Hungary. 2,5 million people live there, and its one of the financial centre of middle Europe. There are many sights to visit, such as the parliament which you can see in the background, the fisherman's bastion, the Citadel, and the Heroes Square. When you will visit us, we plan to travel to Budapest together, so you will see all these nice and spectacular buildings.

Some Hungaricums Grey cattle Pálinka Salami Onion from Makó Pepper Hungary is famous for its traditions for example we drink a lot of pálinka which is made of fruits. The Pick salami has its secret recipe. Pepper is used in many traditional Hungarian dish, to flavor them spicy and chilly. Grey cattles are the symbolic animals of Hungary. About our School Moricz Zsigmond Reformed Secondary Grammar and Technical School Founded in 1717 Supervised by the Reformed church The name of our school is Móricz Zsigmond Reformed Secondary Grammar and Technical School. Our school was founded in 1717, and the current building has been standing here since 1894. Until 1948, the school was supervised by the Reformed church, and then it became a state school for more than 60 years. And from this school year, it went back to its roots and wears the „Reformed” title proudly again.

Classrooms Let me show you our school from inside. The library, as we know it now, has been around since 1876. There are more than 30.000 books on the shelves now. Our school is well equipped with modern devices. We have several interactive whiteboards, projectors and students can work cooperatively using laptops in specialized classrooms like in the literature room or media room. The study office is for the vocational students, with the atmosphere and conditions of a real office

IT laboratories Web2.0 More than 300 computers C# ECDL, IT Essentials, There are 6 IT laboratories in our school with more than 300 computers together. The devices are high quality and modern equipments. This ensures modern learning environment for both students and teachers. The lessons are supported by web2.0 technology to make learning more enjoyable. Through Visual Studio 2010 development environment students use C# program language. Education program General 4-year grammar classes Secondary technical education Economics specialised classes IT specialised classes Vocational training after the final exam Logistics manager System administrator Our school is a grammar school because you can study general subjects such as Maths, Hungarian, Science, IT, PE, Art for 4 years. In secondary technical education you can specialise to IT or economics. These lasts also for 4 years. At the end of these years students take school leaving exams and they can choose later to get in to university. Those students who passed their exams can go to vocational trainings. Our school offers 2 options, system administrator and logistics manager. After finishing the previously mentioned courses, students will get competitively suitable certificates.
