System Controlling and Information Management

System Controlling Feedback Control (Negative Feedback) The process of measuring the output of the system is compared to a certain standard system. Where differences occur will be corrected to improve the system further input.

System Controlling Feedback Component : Controlled/Measured from the output Has Standard to measure output Own / control to compare the results with standard sensor size Activating the unit to adjust to the next process

System Controlling Feed Forward Control (Positive Feedback) Positive feedback from the system try to push the process in order to produce results positive feedback. So that output can be generated positive feedback, then the control should not be measured from the output, but measured and controlled process. During the process occurs in the system, always do the observations and quickly overcome when starting any deviation before already fatal on output Example: Cash Flow Planning

System Controlling Prevention control Trying to control the system in advance before the process begins with preventing a detrimental things to get into the system. Example: Antivirus

Information Management To improve the productivity of individuals and organizations through the decision-making and better communication by utilizing computer skills.

Information Base Information Fundamentals : Information Theory and Concepts Workers must be familiar with the information and information organization theories that fill the " building " on the organization's information systems . They must understand and be able to use the basic theory of a system , management functions and terms/concepts that exist in the computer world Information Management Planning Management information systems activities focusing on all the information contained in the mission and goals of the organization . Information worker must understand the planning of information management , project priorities , funding and financing that exist in an information system , which leads to the organization's mission .

Information Base Information technology Information worker must be able to perform minor treatments , such as diskette handling , maintenance disk drives , hard disk . They should also know about treatment strategies and computer repair . Besides information workers should also know about the training options as well as the necessity of making a budget for training costs Network Information Systems In this case the information workers need to know the basic concept of a computer network and how to get benefit from the computer network to help job . Computer networks can make computer users , who are knowledgeable minimal , confused and frustrated .
