VMS DASHBOARD While you may use my placements in the future, we are not going to focus on it today.
VMS – Report my Service Used during the Training class for entering your classes and field trips Enter – 3 hours for a Wed class Enter – 2+ hours for Field trip Do not include travel time
VMS – Report my Service Used to enter time for the Monthly Chapter Meetings AT = Advanced Training – only Opportunities that start with “AT:” are advanced training
VMS – View my Log Book Your Log Book is a history of the opportunities that you have entered You can only edit ‘non-approved’ entries in your logbook If you hit enter before entering hours, you can add them in your logbook We will check for common errors and ask you to correct in your log book Zero or missing hours Opportunity Name does not match opportunity type Wrong Opportunity selected Changing an opportunity dropdown name requires you to delete your entry and reenter it. Everything else can be edited, including hours. Logbook hours will not be approved if incorrect and may be disapproved. Approved entries can only be edited by the admin
Once your background check is completed You will see these additional opportunities added to your dropdown AT VH
