Grandview “D” Philosophy 3-3-5 Make the most of your SPEED Attack your opponents weakness Constant change of front and stunt Adjustable system - Last one with Marker! Warrior Culture – Buy in to system Simple techniques by position Grade players on Effort/Asignment/Plays

WARRIOR Fundamentals EFFORT – 100% sprint pursuit expected on every play. (Warrior Drill) Assignment – 90% or above “DO YOUR JOB!!!” - Hose Drill progression, Drill when tired. MAKE THE PLAY – 90% make the play when it presents itself. Each player graded for warrior reward sticker every game. Eight Games = Reward T-shirt (to be worn on game day.)

Results Over 6 Seasons 5A playoffs round of 16 or better 5 of 6 seasons. Less than 100 yds rushing per game. Less than 225 ypg total offense. +15 turnover margin per season. 40+ Sacks per season. 52-18 record
