Logging In to the Virtual Conference 1) Please register for the PERM 33 Virtual Conference well ahead of the conference dates. When you register for the event, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will allow you to have the event added to a calendar (e.g. Outlook, Google, Yahoo!, etc.). 2) It is advised that you log into the PERM 33 Virtual Conference 10-15 minutes ahead of the scheduled start time to verify your ability to log into the conference, following the login directions within your registration confirmation e-mail. You can also select “check system requirements” to test your connectivity. 3) If you are encountering problems logging in through the web link provided in your meeting invitation, go to https://www.gotomeeting.com/webinar/ and select the “Join A Webinar” link in the upper right hand corner. Then enter the following 9-digit meeting ID of 731-061-819 followed by your e-mail address and click on “Join”. Alternately you may try http://help.citrix.com/webinar/join for help with login issues. 4) None of the above works! If you are unable to log in to the Virtual Conference, you may join the audio bridge by dialing +1 (914) 614-3221 using the access code of 420-200-714. You can access the presentation files at the 8-80 PERM KAVI Workspace site located at https://ipc.kavi.com/kws/public/workgroup?wg_abbrev=8-80. Select the “Documents” tab to access the presentation files in the “PERM 33 Virtual Conference Presentations” folder.

Posting Questions Within the Virtual Conference 1) If you have been successful in logging in to the Virtual Conference through the GoToWebinar system, be sure you have entered your Audio PIN provided upon login so that your audio bridge is linked to your login. This will enable you to post questions and/or enable you to speak with presenters and attendees. 2) During the Q&A portion of each presentation, or during any wrap up Q&A at the conclusion of the days presentations, you may use the GoToWebinar interface to “Raise your Hand”. This allows the meeting organizer to unmute your audio bridge so that you can voice your question. Alternately, you may submit a text question that the organizer can then read off to the presenter. 3) If you were unable to log in to the GoToWebinar and wish to have a question answered by the presenter, please send an e-mail to perrjo@ipc.org with the subject line “PERM 33 Presentation Question” to have your question read off during the Q&A session, or after the conclusion of the Conference.
