Reverend Margaret W. Walker, Esq. Reverend Margaret Williams Walker is a native of Rochester, New York and a daughter of Union Baptist Church in Stamford, Connecticut. She is committed to fulfilling God’s mandate to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others. She is an ordained minister and currently serves as Assistant to the Pastor and the Superintendent of Sunday school at Saint James Reverend Margaret W. Walker, Esq. Missionary Baptist Church in New Britain, Connecticut, where her husband, the Reverend Dr. John W. Walker, serves as pastor. Her faithfulness and study has brought this anointed woman of God thus far and has prepared her for a time such as this. Reverend Walker is also the mother of three beautiful daughters. She earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Reverend Walker is currently Associate General Intellectual Property Counsel and Chief Trademark Counsel at Xerox Corporation where she has been employed for over twenty years. Reverend Walker is a founding member of the Rochester Black Bar Association of Rochester, New York and currently Chaplain of the Black Women’s Leadership Council. She serves as a board member for LifeBridge Community Services, Inc. and New Beginnings Family Academy, Inc. in Bridgeport, Connecticut. She also dedicates a portion of her time to pro bono matters. Reverend Walker’s favorite Scripture is Romans 8:28: And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
