Success planning creates action-oriented personalized plans that help the student plan for the future and keep school stakeholders and parents engaged. Our collaborative solution ties all of the key areas for ensuring post secondary success for every student and some key areas within Naviance are Success planning where the students have individualized learning plans and learn real world skills Career Planning allows the students to take personality assessments and it gives them the most relevant careers and corresponding colleges that have that major. It is all integrated and it streamlines the process for students, parents, teachers, counselors and administrators in preparing every student for career or college and it is not only about getting into a college but the right college. Allowing students to feel more engaged and understand exactly what there path is and why that are taking the courses they need to get them to their ultimate goal. College Planning

Goal #2 – Participate in the “I Applied to College Campaign” All high schools will participate in the Alabama College Application Week Campaign Nov. 2-6, 2015 (100% applied to post-secondary institution)

Goals # 3-5 Increase number of students/parents who complete the FAFSA by 10% Increase the number of students applying for scholarships Provide students at each high school with access to a College and Career Counselor on a weekly basis to assist with college applications, essays, scholarships, etc.
