In 2013, I received my certification in Secondary English Education from Millersville University. Personal Information I am married with 2 daughters, ages 5 and 8. Course Goals To enable writing abilities at an individualized pace. To encourage the development of a personal writing style. To give time and inspiration to write creatively in a variety of genres. To give an audience of peers to listen to work and assist you in developing writing. To enable improvement in common errors in writing and to communicate more effectively. To encourage self-esteem and self-awareness through writing your thoughts, feelings, and ideas. To learn to revise and edit work. To encourage entering of writings in local and national writing competitions. To have work published in a student-produced creative writing book.

Grading Policy Each assignment will be given a point value, depending on the length of the piece as well as the amount of time given for the assignment.
