Foundation Apprenticeships Progression Apprenticeships Higher Apprenticeships Earliest entry point for external candidates Up to 5 weeks pre-training, 2 weeks work experience Designed for candidates of ‘all’ ages who haven’t previously completed either an Apprenticeship in Financial services or a level 4 or above qualification such as a HNC / HND / degree in any subject Available to all Apprentices who have successfully completed and graduated from Foundation Provides continued and enhanced/specialist learning for an additional 12-18 months leading to a specialised qualification Available to internal & external colleagues 80 UCAS Points achieved or predicted or minimum 12 months work experience Eligible for BA1 to BA3 colleagues, rated ‘Strong’ or Outstanding on last PD review Nominated by the business Structured on-line assessment process Cohort starts every September Opens on 20th February 2017

Leadership and Management Relationship Management Our 2017 programmes Leadership and Management This is our longest running Higher Apprenticeship Programme. This Apprenticeship provides the opportunity to rotate upwards into Leadership positions. The duration of this Programme is 3 years by the end you will have gained a Degree in Leadership and Management. The opportunities for this Programme exist in our Community Banking and Contact Centre Networks. Risk This Programme provides the Apprentice with the opportunity to experience the various depts. which make up Barclays Risk. The Apprenticeship is for 3 years and provides a degree level qualification Internal Audit This Programme provides the Apprentice with the opportunity to experience the Barclays Internal Audit structure and would allow the opportunity to experience how Audits are undertaken within the various business within Barclays. This is a 3 year Programme and provides a degree level qualification linked to an Audit specific examinations. Relationship Management This Programme provides the Apprentice with the opportunity to experience the Barclays Relationship Management business area. This could see an Apprentice working across Barclays in our Premier-Direct , Wealth and Corporate areas. This Programme is for 3 years and provides a degree level qualification. Finance This Programme provides the Apprentice with the opportunity to gain Finance specific AAT qualifications over a duration of 4 years. The placements will be across various Barclays business units.
