Dementia Aware Donegal She could be your grandmother. She could be your mother. Dementia Aware Donegal aims to ensure that our children and their families not only understand about Alzheimer’s but are motivated to take positive steps to improve the live of all the families effected by the illness. She could be your grandmother. She can’t remember.
