By Yaseen Samodien, Seth Dantu and Jason Harrison THE POWER OF REVENGE By Yaseen Samodien, Seth Dantu and Jason Harrison

What is revenge? The action or desire of harming someone in return for an injury or wrong suffered at their hands.

Tybalt seeks revenge on Romeo Tybalt finds out that Romeo (Montague) is attending the Capulet's masquerade ball. Tybalt insists to Capulet that he should kill Romeo for intruding a Capulet's ball.

Romeo seeks revenge on Tybalt Tybalt kills Mercutio, Romeo then kills Tybalt. This is an act of revenge by Romeo. Romeo is then banished from Verona. Romeo feels lost without being able to visit Juliet. Juliet fakes her own death in order to leave with Romeo. Romeo doesn't receive the message that Juliet faked her death which leads to Romeo killing himself.

Paris seeks revenge on Romeo Paris mistakenly thought that Juliet was grieving because of Tybalt's death caused by Romeo.

The long-standing grudge between the Capulets and Montagues

Lady Capulet wants Romeo executed for slaying Tybalt Quote: "Alive in triumph, and Mercutio slain! Away to heaven, respective lenity and fire-eyed fury be my conduct now"-Romeo
