Spices’17 sprung up with culinary skills , delightful taste, with a mixture of nutrient values, flavours, colors, textures and aromas. The event showcases individual (either student or teacher) culinary skills which is held on 23rd September 2017.
100 participants (including students & faculty) have joined hands together to make this event a huge success. Around 30 teams have showcased the recipe, which have been prepared , some on spot & some prepared at home. Spices blended with Traditional day, Batukamma and Dandiya added more colour to the event.
