Dumplings

Ingredients: Wheat flour 750 g Water 350 g Eggs 2 pieces Beef 300 g Pork 300 g Onions 2 heads 1 garlic clove Salt to taste Ground black pepper to taste

Sift the flour, add the salt and make a well, beat the egg, add water and knead the dough. Cover with cling film and leave to rest for 30 minutes. For the filling scrollable pork and beef together with the onion. Add milk, salt and pepper. The dough thinly roll out, using a Cup to cut out circles.
