How should training programmes be conducted? Use of appropriate teaching methods Extensive training of trainers (TOT) ensuring availability of core trainers at regional levels
On Proper Documentation What to document? -- SOPs checklists -- User’s Manuals -- Training materials; references Important especially when there is rapid turn-over of staff Proper dissemination at all levels necessary
