Lesson 08

Feeback: Project concept docs Make sure that you’re clear on what your game actually is Make sure that the documents you create for me are ‘customer-ready’ Looks professional From here on out: ‘freeze’ docs that you want me to grade For example: Create a ‘Finished Docs’ folder When something is due copy it into that folder The ‘Finished Docs’ folder is the frozen copy The original will keep changing

Plan for today Quiz #3 Planning Poker Dividing up the work Project Status document Any remaining time: resume the ASP.Net Core tutorial

Dividing up the work Each person should have ‘ownership’ of one or more areas That person is the primary developer for that area They know “everything” about that area They’re the ‘go to’ person for that area Each person should get about the same number of planning (poker) points It’s ok to swap stuff around But make sure that the points remain balanced Update the requirements doc as you go!

Start work on your project!! At this point you should start work on your project Note: this is an ‘ongoing’ homework assignment, even though I’m not assigning due dates (other than the R1, R2 due dates) TODO: Grant me (the instructor) permission to view each of your GitHub repos!
