Activities / Projects / Accomplishments Recommendations for District/Conference Prepare and submit articles to We Speak Magazine that reflect the 5th District news and activities. Submit articles received from the Conference DoPR’s to be included in the 5th District submission for the We Speak Magazine that reflect the Conference news and activities. Determine relevant articles and topics for inclusion on the District website. Coordinate with the webmaster to ensure the District website is updated and the contents remain relevant.. Established Quarterly online Newsletter for Conferences to share information and news items on the District website. Established 5th District Lay Organization Facebook page Established 5th District Lay Organization Twitter account- @ 5th District Lay Org Worked with 1st VP to produce Ads for Bishop Fugh’s Investiture and the 2017 Lay Biennial. Conference Presidents forward the District DoPR the name and contact information of their Conference DoPR, or point of contact if there is no DoPR. Conference Presidents encourage their DoPR to submit newsworthy articles for both the We Speak and the District’s online Newsletter. Conference Presidents and DoPR’s submit suggestions and ideas to District DoPR that will support the Online Newsletter.
