NAESB WEQ OASIS Subcommittee Development Update WEQ-OS has convened 6 face-to-face and 4 teleconference meetings since the February 2-17 EC meeting Feb – Phoenix, AZ Mar - Dallas, TX Apr – Carmel, IN May – Chattanooga, TN Jun – Langley, BC Primary focus of OS was on 2017 Annual Plan Items 2.a.i.1 and 5.a: Short-Term Firm Preemption and Competition Following submission of the above Annual Plan items for formal comment, focus turned to remaining open Annual Plan items. 8/15/2017 WEQ OASIS Subcommittee

WEQ OASIS Subcommittee 2017 Annual Plan items 1eiii: Review and modify as necessary WEQ-001, WEQ-002, WEQ-003, and WEQ-013 to address Line Items 2 through 17 from SRS Assignment Document. WEQ OASIS Subcommittee Next up: 2017 Annual Plan item 2aii2: Redispatch Cost Posting to allow posting of third party offers of planning redispatch services 2017 Annual Plan Item 3a: Make remaining incremental enhancements to OASIS as an outgrowth of the NAESB March 29, 2005 conference on the future of OASIS (R05026). The outstanding item is Enhance the TSR result postings to allow showing of available generation dispatch options that would allow acceptance of reservation request. 8/15/2017 WEQ OASIS Subcommittee

2017 Annual Plan item 2aii2 and 3a: Items assigned to BPS and OS BPS has reviewed OS reviewed BPS recommendation and will coordinate results with the BPS Coordination via conference call with BPS 2aii2 slated for 2017, 3a slated for Q3 2017 Goal to vote out recommendation for formal comments in 2017. 8/15/2017 WEQ OASIS Subcommittee

Remaining 2017 Annual Plan Items 3b: Enhance the TSR Results posting to allow a showing of limiting transmission elements for denied transmission service requests.
