THRAC: Updates June 6: THRAC Committee meeting to review architect’s site survey analysis and town survey results Architect’s survey analysis reviewed existing Town Hall, Sohier Street/Library, Bancroft Way (near water tower) Using a star system the existing Town Hall site received the highest ranking Over 400 residents responded to the town survey. 71% answered either very important or extremely important that the town Hall remain at it’s current location on Cohasset Common.

THRAC: Updates Based on the results of the architect’s site analysis and town survey the Committee votes unanimously to keep the Town Hall at it’s current location.

THRAC: Updates June 14: Program Committee (Architects, Daedelus Projects, M. McGoldrick), met to review program with Town Manager June 21: Program Committee met with Town Clerk and Superintendent of Schools to review specific needs June 27: THRAC Committee meeting to finalize program/space analysis

THRAC: Next Steps July 10: Present to Rotary July 11: THRAC Committee Meeting to review initial design concepts July 11: Presentation to BOS July - August 2017: Presentations to: Advisory, Capital Budget, Elder Affairs, Cohasset Historical Society September, 2017: Public Hearing October 16: Special Town Meeting
