Tips and Definitions Antioxidant- is a substance that protects cells from being damaged by oxidation. Cancer- group of diseases in which there is uncontrolled cell division. Avoid obesity Eat several servings of fruits and vegetables and fiber food each day. Limit the amount of fat intake. Do not drink alcohol as teens. Diet- The customary amount and kind of food that person taken in daily.

Pros and Cons of Cancer and Diet There is nothing about cancer that is positive. There is nothing positive about having a diet.

Summary Going on a diet is not a healthy choice and will mess up your eating habits. Cancer is the worst thing to have you may die.
