Bottom Line on Budget Discretionary budget is completely unconnected to personnel. Title 1 provides us with extra funds that help (~$7,000 this year) There is a good chance that this gets reversed and we get a reasonable budget to work with Discretionary budget cut, if sustained, will certainly impact us but we can and will manage.
