SPARC 2015 Why are we here? Long Term Power Outages (LTPO) represent a significant challenge to every community and person in America We cannot prepare for every threat, so we prepare for the outcomes We have a responsibility to our community to lessen the impacts through planning and education And there is a free lunch!! (Insert shameless sponsor plug here)

SPARC 2015 What is a Tabletop? A tabletop exercise is an activity in which key personnel assigned emergency management roles and responsibilities are gathered to discuss, in a non-threatening environment, various simulated emergency situations.

What is the purpose today? SPARC 2015 What is the purpose today? The purpose of this workshop is to build and foster relationships throughout the public and private sectors to be better prepared for and respond to a Long Term Power Outage event.
