Preliminary agenda Agenda for May 19, 2017 -- CCC Maker Culminating Celebration 7:30 am Coffee & Community 8:05      Welcome – Michael Claire, President, College of San Mateo 8:10      Let’s Celebrate - Dale Dougherty, Chair, CCC Maker Advisory Committee and Chairman & CEO, Maker Media 8:25      Potential Impact of this Project - Van Ton-Quinlivan, Vice Chancellor, Workforce & Economic Development Division, CCCCO 8:30       Quick Talks - TAP Team - Culminating presentations in Alphabetical order                After each presentation, a member of the advisory committee will provide a comment. 8:35       Colleges present Quick Talks 10          Break 10:15     More Colleges present Quick Talks 11:15     Encouragement, amazing insights & next steps -  Advisory Committee Panel 11:45     Maker Faire & What’s next - Carol Pepper-Kittredge 12 noon  Pick up your box lunch. See you at the Maker Faire! 

Purpose To celebrate your success in participating in the CCC Makerspace Planning Process To share what you’ve learned with the Community of Practice To show the advisory committee what colleges have planned To learn from each other

Instructions Time: 3 Minutes # Slides allowed: 3 slides Presenter: One or more people on your team can present but you must stay within 3 minutes total Stage: Your team may be on stage with you

Submit your presentation Name your file: College name - May 19 Celebration Dropbox Load it into your dropbox – share with Deborah & Salomon DEADLINE: May 12 (note: this due the week before your implementation plan submittal)

What to include Use this slide deck to make your three slide presentation You can use your own graphics – keep it the same size Your College logo The CCC Maker logo Photos or graphics of something related to your experience or plan
