Why are there few tourists in Astrakhan even in the height of the vacation season?

Hypothesis: Astrakhan may become a great tourist destination.

Aim: To find out what scares the tourists off our native town

Tasks: To gain the information about: Astrakhan sightseeing Historical sites Churches and monasteries Monuments Parks, gardens Reserved places

Methods: Searching historical facts, photo documents and illustrations.

Project №2. Theatrical performance on the bank of the river Volga in front of the monument to Peter the Great.

As you know Astrakhan is the site of the first visit of Peter the Great here. So I come up with the idea of making this the focus attraction.

We need the 18-th century costumes in recreating this scene.

And what’s more selling handmade souvenirs will bring money And what’s more selling handmade souvenirs will bring money. These may be the monument to Peter I, the model of his boat, people in the 18-th century costumes and post cards with the scenes of our show.

Money will come from the event itself: photos, costumes, videos.

Selling handmade souvenirs and snack will give some money too.

Conclusion Our hypothesis was proved. Astrakhan may become a tourist destination. We can make our home town rich and popular. Our projects don’t require large investments. All we need is a great desire to make our town prosper and flourish.
