I jumped in with both feet and just “did it.” Diving in Sourced ideas (from colleagues) Practice (yes, I talked to myself – I’m not worried) 4 staff engagement sessions revealed: They actually wanted to see more of me We are a team and I’m an equal partner I jumped in with both feet and just “did it.”
