The Purpose of RHNA
The Purpose of RHNA State requirement: Address the housing crisis at the local and regional level RHNA allocation is a measurement of future housing need for all income levels RHNA is NOT a building quota Once a local gov. receives its final RHNA it must revise its Housing Element to show how it plans to accommodate its allocation
