Lessons learned Need to use all the information from the webinar to launch a marketing campaing for CAF 2016, motivate the CAF users to launch a PEF Strengths motivation of IT and other countries, need to privatise the PEF and ask price for this and weaknesses no support and motivation of the efaq colleagues, other priorities Presentation of the powerpoint after visit 9th March 2017 WEBINAR

Evaluation system give visibility to best coordinators. 2. Quality check National PEF organizer check quality of report, respect deadline, opinion/recommendations - decision award of ECU Label. 6 questions: Motivation, Satisfaction by National CAF RC, procedure management, site visit, fr, General satisfaction Questionnaire coordinator : Leadership, Team management, Skills, Behaviour, Relation with the adm Feedback report assessor focuses: Behavior in the team, during the on site visit, Assessment skills, Contribution to the feedback report Evaluation system give visibility to best coordinators. Question: Do we need every 2 years on European level a check about the clear and exhausitive writing, coherence of scoring, added value provided?   9th March 2017 WEBINAR

Belgium need a PEF Promotion Promotion strategy: target group, seminars, meetings are related with the CAF diffusion. PEF now free of charge for participants but in the future why no with a price CAF users event and quality event are motors! 9th March 2017 WEBINAR
