Evidence and Artifacts A compilation of assessments or measures used to determine Level of Performance and/or a Score Preponderance of Evidence Forms of evidence that support an educators evaluation- They may include: Lesson plans Student work samples Teacher feedback to students Professional Development Plans Teacher Learning Logs Logs of contacts with families Newsletters Videos Websites Portfolios

High-Leverage Artifacts Artifacts that contain the best and most precise information, reducing the amount of time an educator spends gathering evidence.
