Van Buren Community Mental Health For the Community Local responsibility for state institution admissions/stays. Deinstitutionalization helped fund community programs. No disenrollment or abandonment of individual if this level of care is needed. Strength of Michigan system

Van Buren Community Mental Health For the Community Serving more than 3,000 residents per year. 24 hour 7 day per week crisis services. Full continuum of nationally accredited services. Offered at 8 sites throughout the community.
