Materials Used You will need: Graduated Cylinder Tongs Safety Glasses Hot plate Small tub of ice water Water Aluminum can Materials Used

Step 1: Fill the granulated cylinder with 25 mL of tap water. Pour the 25Ml of tap water into the aluminum can. Step 1:

Place the can on the hot plate. Plug in the hot plate. Step 2:

Step 3 Next, wait until you see steam coming out from the can. The more steam you see, the better the reaction Step 3

Step 4 Use the tongs and pick up the can wrist up. Carefully flip the can into the small tub of ice water. After that, let go of the can. Step 4

The can should implode! Results
