Remaining letters should come from professors who have taught you (at least one from a biology, chemistry, physics or mathematics professor), someone from your major department, or a professor who has supervised your research. Ask people who can describe personal qualities you possess or who have observed you in a variety of settings.

Step 11: Ensure each evaluator returns the original PPAC evaluation form and a one-page signed letter on letterhead directly to PPAC in a timely manner.

Priority Deadline to Complete PPAC: 7/1/2017 A complete folder must include all required PPAC evaluation forms and letters, all test scores including the final set for this application cycle and processed copies of all primary applications.

Step 12: When all required materials are in your folder, committee review, which can take 8 weeks, will begin. Files are reviewed according to the completion date on the folder except for Early Decision Applicant files which are reviewed first if they were complete as of July 1.

Step 13: After committee review, you will receive a PPAC Letter Request Form via email. Return that form promptly so your letters can be uploaded to the application services and the schools to which you applied.
