Reading and attendance data 35 grade 1 below benchmark (only 16 when we left in June) 20 grade 2 below benchmark 11 grade 3 below benchmark 15 grade 4 below benchmark 20 grade 5 below benchmark Attendance - 3 students with 8+ absences and 2 students with 8+ tardies Title I Grade 1 = 18 students Grade 2 = 16 students Grade 3 = 10 students

Accomplished Writing Training on 11/8 Change of expectations and routine in reading K-2 After school program created Visits to N. Reading and Melrose for peer review Eric visits to Peabody and with Melrose principal Hiring a reading tutor allowing current reading specialist to be a coach Full time team chairperson Meeting with Bridge families this week Accommodations are already being adjusted based on MCAS test Intervention mapping is done for ELA and with Title I Created a list of consistent test taking strategies 3- 5
