A/A Res/23 /1 Panel/Testing Saturday Umpire Mentor Convenor SATURDAY COMPETITION – MOUNTAIN DISTRICT - UMPIRE SATURDAY CONVENOR A/A Res/23 /1 Panel/Testing Saturday Umpire Mentor Convenor Saturday Club Umpire Convenor Saturday Umpire Supervisor Saturday Umpire Supervisor All communication to be distributed through Saturday Club Umpires Convenor and CC to Saturday Convenor All responses will be forwarded to appropriate personnel from Saturday Club Umpires Convenor. Expressions of interest to be discussed with Saturday Convenor for all positions prior to appointment. -Organise Umpire Allocations for Saturday -Organise all Umpiring Courses/Workshops for Club Umpires -Maintain records of all Club Umpire Co-ordinators and Umpires -Ensure all umpire/umpire co-ordinators are kept up to date with current rules/practices etc. -Ensure availability at all times when on duty -Be visual and available for all umpiring issues/ concerns -Umpire if umpire is injured or emergency arises -Sign umpires on and make changes as necessary -Allocate umpires for finals except those with Panel Umpires -Ensure availability at all times when on duty -Be visual and available for all umpiring issues/ concerns -Umpire if umpire is injured or emergency arises - Sign umpires on and make changes as necessary -Allocate umpires for finals except those with Panel Umpires -Allocate panel umpires to A Grade/A Reserve/23 and Under 1 and finals for these sections -Form Sub-committee for feedback/ education of Panel Umpires -Receive recommendations for testing or organise panels etc. -Keep record of payments to submit to Treasurer -Form panel and organise Umpire Mentors for Saturday Competition -Liaise to provide information in regard to Umpire development for testing etc. -Liaise with Umpire Supervisors/ Saturday Convenor in regard to Umpire Concerns -Keep record of payment to submit to Treasurer

Saturday Court Supervisor Netball Victoria Memberships Time Keeper SATURDAY COMPETITION – MOUNTAIN DISTRICT - ADMINISTRATION SATURDAY CONVENOR Saturday Assistant Saturday Court Supervisor Netball Victoria Memberships Time Keeper First Aid Risk Management Saturday Data --Assist with Saturday Administration as required by Saturday Convenor -Provide IT support in regard to MYNETBALL program --Ensure availability at all times when on duty -Be visual and available for all player, coach, spectator issues or concerns -Input of data as required on Saturdays i.e. scores, registrations, adjustments etc. -Ensure paperwork is available and completed correctly by members on Saturdays --Organise all Netball Victoria Memberships for Saturday Competition -Provide information to clubs as required -Reconcile reports for payment etc. --Keep correct time for all games and rounds Make announcements as necessary -Inform clubs of important information over the microphone as required on Saturdays -Inform clubs on bin duty, reminders to bring in padding and poles --Liaise and support First Aid personnel from Staytuned -Stocktake first aid supplies and provide order to Saturday Convenor when required -Be available if required for First Aid Duties -Maintain up to date First Aid knowledge/accreditations -Complete a.m. check of courts and surrounds to ensure they are safe and playworthy -Complete paperwork as required by Knox Council -Liaise with Knox Council in regard to work that needs to be attended to -Set up competition as required -Input all data required for Saturday Competition -Print scoresheets for Saturday competition -Liaise with Saturday Convenor in regard to requirements and/or concerns with Saturday Competition

Fee Collection / Sponsorship Fee Administration MOUNTAIN DISTRICT – REPRESENTATIVE TEAMS REPRESENTATIVE TEAMS CONVENOR Administration Events Fee Collection / Sponsorship Fee Administration Representative Uniforms Tournaments /Umpires --Organise all paperwork in regard to the activities of the Representative Teams -Complete entry forms and information for Competitions being played in by Rep. Teams -Complete all paperwork in regard to Representative Team trials -Organise regular newsletter forwarding to Convenor for distribution -Forward any information to Convenor that requires emailing to players -Contribute to Budget preparation and formatting for Rep. Teams --Book, organise Presentation Night for Representative Teams -Organise any other events / team building activities for Representative teams --Contact of players/parents in regard to outstanding fees or money issues -Liaise with Fee Administration Personnel to ensure collection of monies is up to date -Explore opportunities for sponsorship for Representative Teams -Formulate a sponsorship plan for the Representative Team program -Investigate and follow up any possible support --Organise payment paperwork for initial collection of fees -Maintain record of fees paid by Representative Team players -Collect money on Saturdays as required -Liaise with Fee Collection personnel for outstanding fees or reminders --Organise all uniforms for Representative Teams -Provide any paperwork required by players in regard to ordering/paying for uniforms -Store/stocktake and maintain uniforms -Distribute uniforms as required --Book and communicate in regard to Tournaments (Mildura Carnival exception) attended by Representative Teams -Organise umpires for all Tournaments/ Carnivals -Organise umpires for competitions played in by Representative Teams -Organise payment for all Umpires -Submit payment details to treasurer
