Summary of proposals FOR Oscar traynor road A Housing mix of 50% Private, 30% Social, 20% Affordable Rental. Development potential for at least 640 new homes. Sensitivity to adjacent communities. Provision of Retail / Community and Recreational facilities. A procurement process will be speedily progressed with the aim of securing a tender covering the: Design of the new development based on the indicative existing plans Construction of the new development Proposals for the future management of the development. The finance mechanism required to fund the new development taking full account of the Market Value due to DCC.
