Let’s Go Batty! By Dustin

The Bat is the only mammal that can fly!

They live most of their lives hanging upside down!

Most bats are only active at night.

Bats can range in size from a wingspan of 6 inches to a wingspan of 6 feet!

A vampire bat lives on about two tablespoons of blood a day A vampire bat lives on about two tablespoons of blood a day. The blood usually comes from large animals such as cows, but occasionally from humans!

Vampire bats are found only in South and Central America.
