Our Procedure OUR PROCESS We have a unique business model that includes from preliminary screening to background checking to preliminary interviewing of the candidates before sending them to employers for the short- listing. We are very stringent and never compromise on that. We are committed to quality manpower service providing and if there be any problem regarding that, we have a special wing to take care of each and every case on a merit basis and take the corrective measures. OUR OBLIGATION We are on your service on a 24x7 basis to meet the requirements of the clients on time.  Our consultancy fee is reasonable and competitive for Employers and NIL for the Jobseekers comparable to one of the cheapest in the peer groups in the industry.

Terms and Conditions OUR PRE-REQUISITE INFO… We believe in rendering best client satisfaction services. The Professional Fee for our services is 8.33% of the Gross Annual Salary of the candidate selected and appointed. Gross Annual Salary for the purpose of the fee will be calculated as Salary plus allowances including House Lease Value and reimbursements. Payment should be made within 30 days after joining of the candidate. We guarantee candidate’s stay for Three months from our side. If a candidate continues the job for 7 days after joining with the company, the above mentioned Professional Fees would be charged. In case the candidate(s) quit within 3 months, we ensure free replacement service(s). Also, If any candidate, referred through JOBFLOOR, attended the interview and got selected by the company within 06 months, then the concerned company will be liable to pay the said professional fees.

Terms and Conditions The candidate selected for the job will be solely the employee of the concerning organization and Nirmal Associates shall not be responsible for any legal dispute (financial or disciplinary) or any other matter between the candidate and the organization.
