MyIT: Purpose & Goal Providing transparency of UNM IT’s workload and resources to business partners and (UNM IT) external and internal users Enabling UNM IT staff to better prioritize, track and manage incidents, service requests and projects Supporting the IT Advisory Boards in decision-making and prioritization of major IT initiatives Integrate with Service and Project Management tools and provide easy-to-use views into existing data and processes
MyIT: History Initially developed for IT Applications to provide transparency to Staff and Faculty for Incidents, Service Request and Projects requested through Help.UNM. Progressed in adding more comprehensive information such as Requirements, Scorecard and prioritization. Added Networks & Platforms Added Leadership and Governance We worked closely with the Service Desk and the Support CC Team (Steve, Sue and Neil) to synchronize Cherwell (Help.UNM)with MyIT
