Homework 1: Planning Choose ONE Homework task to do to – EVALUATING - 6 CREATING/CREATING+ - 7/8/9 Bring in the ingredients that you need to make Fajitas: 100g protein, ¼ pepper, ¼ onion + optional ingredients for your fajita filling + side dish. Compare and contrast your chosen ingredients with the basic fajita recipe (refer to the Eatwell Guide). Create an alternative fajita recipe + side-dish that is suitable for a vegetarian. Explain how why this is a balanced recipe (refer to the Eatwell Guide). APPLYING – 4/5 ANALYSING – 5+ 100g chicken, ¼ pepper, ¼ onion, 25g grated cheese or 2 dessert tablespoons of sour cream + optional ingredients for your side-dish (eg. potato, lettuce leaves, tomato, cucumber).
