Some Things to Think About Our Aims What is your organization’s strategy for responding to disasters? What circumstances spark your organization to fund disaster response beyond normal funding areas? When you fund disasters, are you focused on preparation, relief, recovery or rebuilding? Why? If you do not fund disasters, how have the programs you do fund been affected when a disaster strikes?
