User Management
Types of Users Administrator : Configures / Manages the System. Have access to admin page and End user page Host : Have access to End User Page only. Can schedule and manager their recordings Auditor [New with CWMS 2.5] : Only one user can be assigned this role and used to configure Auditing information.
Types of Authentication Local Authentication : Available for both admin and End Users. Authenticated Locally LDAP : Have access to End User Page only. Authenticated against AD via CUCM SSO : Have access to End User Page only. Authenticated against AD an idP provider.
Mail Server Configuration
Mail Server Configuration Enter the hostname of the SMTP Server If the server requires TLS Enable TLS If SMTP server requires authentication, configure the username and password for the same. This information needs to be gathered from the SMTP server admin
Remote Storage Configuration
Remote Server Configuration This requires maintenance mode DR back up and recording are stored in NFS The mount point should exactly match how it is being exported from the NFS storage Only one backup is stored in the NFS and the previous backup will be deleted.
Certificate Installation
Certificate Installation This requires maintenance mode By default, system generates a self-signed certificate Obtain certificate only by generating CSR from CWMS CSR can be generated for hostnames in the system or it can be generated for a wildcard certificate. Upload intermediate certificates along with the CWMS certificate
