Targets and Tactics Attacks were meant to destabilize governments and spread fear to bring about a communist revolution. Able to carry out attacks from Asia to northern Europe. (Japan, Singapore, The Netherlands, Israel) Carried out attacks for the PFLP to help fund their own operations. Lod Airport Massacre

Japanese Embassy in Jakarta Attacks mostly focused on large scale attacks on government or civilian buildings. Heavily focused on airports and embassies. Types of attacks included; airplane hijackings, assaults on civilian and government instillations, kidnappings, bombings, mortar shelling, and hostage taking. Japanese Embassy in Jakarta Lod Airport

Japanese Airlines Flight 531 Hijacking March 31, 1970, Tokyo International Airport, Boeing 727 Their first attack is regarded as one of the worst hijacking incidents Japan has ever experienced.
