President – Genny Willman Oversee all XE activities Delegate tasks to officers to ensure completeness Develop XE calendar Represent XE at Purdue, Lyles School, and XE National/District events Work with Secretary to run Buddy Program Email actives, faculty, and pledges to announce XE events Attend Regional (March 10th-11th MSU) and National XE Conclaves

Vice President – Spencer Culp Serve as President in his/her absence and assist when necessary Plan Grad School Information Night (Fall only) Organize all FE Review Sessions (contact professors, decide schedule, and host sessions – Spring only) * Order award plaques, nameplates, officer name tags, and officer polos

Secretary – Shannon Gunn Write minutes for officer and active meetings Take attendance and track membership requirements (e.g. 2/3 meetings and service hours) Complete XE National online forms for new initiates and new officers Distribute forms and other XE administrative materials to officers and actives Organize and run Buddy program Organize and assign Tutoring program Email updates for actives and faculty

Treasurer – Kevin J Lasher Plan the budget for each semester Reimbursement of officer XE expenses Pay bills Deposit checks Balance the accounts Complete SAO training

Pledge Coordinators – Nick Fecteau and Sissy Pomplin Prepare the list of pledge candidates at the beginning of each semester (Jeong) Send out invitation letters to candidates parents/guardians Organize officers hand delivering letters to students Prepare and present pledge meeting PPTs Keep pledges on track throughout pledge process Prepare and grade pledge quizzes Purchase pledge boards through forestry lab Collect and count pledge boards and signatures Lead pledges in at initiation and hand out pins Hand out boards and choose “Best Board” at banquet

Editors – Steven Zehr and Steven Dauterman Submit article to Transit requested by the national office Make invitations and programs for Initiation and Banquet Decorate and update the XE display case on the second floor outside HAMP 2154 Take pictures at XE events Take pledge photos and banquet photos

Marshals – Caleb Cord and Miles Demerly Make room reservations for all XE events (meetings, banquets, initiation, etc) Complete and submit online event planning forms to the Student Activities Office (SAO) Arrange intiation, banquet, and faculty breakfast Order food and drinks for active meetings Prepare everything for the banquet (list of attending, food orders, etc)

Social Chairs – Rachel Stewart and Cody Santangelo Organize and coordinate XE and Buddy Program social events Reserve Jake’s for social and order food Organize XE intramural teams Organize one engineering/construction site tour per semester Assist PCs with planning of Picnic (fall) and Rec Day (spring)

Webmaster – Zach Nichols Update website information periodically as requested or as necessary Update XE Google calendar for the website Post photos to XE Facebook account and website
