What is the EYFS- Early Years Foundation Stage? At Arden we have Well resourced Foundation Stage rooms Outdoor areas Experienced Teachers Qualified and skilled Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants working throughout all the rooms Flexible grouping One year in Nursery and then apply for a Reception place.

Our Aim at Arden To build positive relationships with children and partnerships with families To provide a secure foundation for learning To offer exciting planned activities to meet and challenge children’s interests and individual needs To create a rich, engaging learning environment Children build upon previous learning with exciting activities based upon the stepping stones and reaching the early learning goals by the end for the second year.

Early Years Pupil Premium Funding EYPP will provide extra money to your child’s Early Years’ school. Schools can claim additional funding to spend on enriching your child’s education. The money will help support your child’s readiness to start school However, to enable school to continue to receive the Pupil Premium Grant, you will still need to check online for eligibility
