Certified Medical Assistants on Site Certified Diabetes Educators on Site EYE SCREENINGS Hosted by Henrietta Johnson Medical Sponsored by the Delaware Academy of Ophthalmology PLACE: Henrietta Johnson Medical Center 601 New Castle Avenue Wilmington, DE 19801 DATE: Saturday November 5, 2016 TIME: 8:30AM to 11:00 AM EYE MD’S There will be several Board Certified Ophthalmologists available to screen for cataracts, glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy, as well as to answer any questions you have about your eyes. The goal of this event is to provide access to services for the uninsured. If you or anyone you know has not had an eye exam in the past two years or has eye problems you are concerned about, take advantage of this free service. Screenings are limited on a first come first serve basis. Eye glasses and prescriptions for eye glasses will not be available at this event.
