COLUMBUS VASCULAR, VEIN & WOUND CENTER Pedal Arch Interventions Presented By: Dr. Rajmony Pannu MD, RPVI, FSVM Dr. Mark Gazall DO, FACOGS Michelle Ingmire, DBA

Pedal Interventions This is a 65 year old male with extremely poor perfusion to the foot. The patient is in need of podiatric surgical intervention but the risk of a poor surgical outcome and wound infection was very high. We re-established pedal perfusion to the foot and digits enabling this gentleman to proceed to surgery with a much better expected outcome due to markedly improved perfusion.

Below Knee Intervention This is a 55 year old male referred to us from podiatry with pre-gangrenous changes to his foot following podiatric surgery. Angiography revealed no flow thru the tibioperoneal trunk. Successful crossing of the occlusion allowed us to stent the below knee popliteal now markedly increasing perfusion to the foot.
