RFI Instructions Response period started April 23rd and ends June 9th Comments can be submitted one of three ways: Electronically via www.regulations.gov (in Word or print-to-PDF format) Mail Hand delivery No more than 10 pages, double-spaced, 8.5” x 11” paper (one side only, with 1” margins), at least 12 font All comments will be made available for public viewing Note: this RFI is for information and planning purposes only and should not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the participating Federal agencies.
