2017 MRSTF DATE March 26-28, 2017 (Sunday to Tuesday) HOST Concordia University Projects displayed in EV atrium (and possibly the MB atrium) at the Sir George Williams Campus Closing/award ceremony at Oscar Peterson Concert Hall at the Loyola Campus

2017 MRSTF NUMBER OF PROJECTS PER SCHOOL Schools hosting a local science fair are allowed a maximum of 9 projects Schools without a local science fair are allowed a maximum of 4 projects NOTE: Registration may be capped when the number of registrations meets our space capacity. If this total is reached prior to the registration deadline, registration will close without warning. SUBMISSION DEADLINE February 23, 2017 (online and hard copies) NOTE: Concordia University is closed on Friday, February 24, 2017; therefore, we will continue to accept project hard copies and checks until Monday, February 27, 4 pm.

Please be sure to carefully review any documents related to the 2017 MRTSF, especially the 2017 Rules and written report guidelines, to know what is expected for this year’s competition. Réseau CDLS is now called Réseau Technoscience (as of Sept 2016) Chaperone fees for SES is now $150 Google form for Form A (coming soon) Margins for the report = 2.54 cm A bilbliography is MANDATORY Schools to provide the Scotch Magic Tape for their students No lunch to be provided on the Sunday Merged exhibitor and school checklists – available on the EAST website NEW - consent to use photos/videos of exhibitors for promotional purposes (EAST)
